It's wonderful cause we can do duets. She's grade nine and writes her own songs. I'm writing as well. Unfortunately being a piano player she has too many chords in her songs 😂🤓.
When we start co writing I will let her do the verse's and I will sweeten the Choruses with my 3/4 tricks. That's the secret to a good song don't over complicate it and keep it simple 💚
Since I have never found a quote to back up my memory, I have accepted this may be my own, personal apocryphal tale but I feel like I remember reading that Tim Burton reacted strongly to someone asking where Edward got the ice blocks from at the end of Edward Scissorhands. In my head, he says "if that's your question, this isn't the movie for you. Go and watch something else." The magic was just that - magic.
I have a big soft spot for Groundhog Day. I remember struggling to get Aly (my wife) to watch it because she can't stand Andie MacDowell. I wonder what the best movie I haven't watched for a similar reason is... probably Annie Hall.
